DW Homes was created out of a commitment to provide safe, supportive housing for individuals who need more than a place to stay — they need stability, structure, and care. We serve adults facing mental health and substance use challenges by offering a consistent home environment that promotes accountability, recovery, and personal growth.
Our homes are designed to feel like home, not an institution. We prioritize respect, routine, and supportive relationships while working closely with families and community providers to ensure each resident receives coordinated, compassionate care.

Assistance with self-medication administration, medication reminders, and coordination with pharmacies and providers.Daily Living & Self-Care Support
Help with routines such as hygiene, laundry, room upkeep, and organization to encourage independence.Nutrition & Meals
Nutritious meals and snacks are provided daily, along with household and personal care essentials.Recovery & Substance Use Support
A substance-free, recovery-oriented environment that supports accountability and ongoing engagement in treatment and recovery services.Life Skills Development

DW Homes works in partnership with hospitals, community mental health agencies, treatment providers, and families to provide safe, structured residential care for adults who need stability, supervision, and supportive services.
We accept referrals for adults (18+) who:
Living with mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders
In recovery and benefit from a substance-free living environment
Experiencing housing instability or chronic homelessness
Need a supervised residential setting with daily structure and support
Can function in a shared residential environment
Receiving or eligible for SSI/SSDI and Medicaid, when applicable
Willing to follow house rules and participate in supportive services
